From opera to jazz dance to magic shows, enjoy a weekend full of theater, music and dance performances.

Location: 45 West Preston Street

As a courtesy to the performers and other audience members, attendees should be prepared to stay for the entire show.  Please keep strollers in the designated areas.


Friday, July 20

3:00PM In The Dark Circus A fun, interactive workshop for kids who wish to explore what it feels like to be in a circus. Activities include aerial fabrics, juggling, hula-hooping and character work.
5:00PM Ebony Evans, Anasi the Spider – Storytelling Ebony Evans, dressed as an African Griot, will read Anansi the Spider a popular West African folktale. Youth are invited to join the interactive storytelling experience.
7:00PM Baltimore Dynamic Dancers Baltimore Dynamic Dancers present a hip hop themed tap dance routine choreographed by two Baltimore teenagers.

Saturday, July 21

11:00AM Bailes De Mi Tierra Bailes De Mi Tierra present Mexican & Latin American traditions through music, energetic dance, folklore, and colorful costumes.
12:30PM Vaught Contemporary Ballet Vaught Contemporary Ballet, present a ballet based on the history of the women's suffrage movement in the United States, with inspiration from stories of its leaders and key moments including the first picketing of the White House.
2:30PM Rapid Lemon Productions, Theatre: The Variations Project Rapid Lemons Productions, Variations of Sacrifice: Baltimore's original 10-minute play festival returns with its 14th annual production of brand new short works by local playwrights!
4:30PM Liberated Muse Arts Group, Campfire Tales: When We Were Goddesses Liberated Muse Arts Group presents a series of plays by Khadijah Z. Ali-Coleman that feature a woman embarking on something new with unexpected results.
6:30PM The Collective presents SENSES The Collective presents SENSES: a variety of sensory experiences paired with dance. Senses such as touch, taste, smell will be incorporated throughout the performance in an attempt to shift the perception of who dances and how dance is experienced.

11:00AM Baltimore Kids Can Dance A family-friendly dance showcase for all ages by The Dance Conservatory Company at the St. Pauls Schools, performing a wide range of dance styles for dance enthusiasts.
1:00PM David London, Magic Outside The Box Enjoy the strange magic of David London, which combines magic with comedy, storytelling, and puppetry to the delight of all.
2:30PM Xpressive4ever Dance presents “The Baltimore Story" Xpressive4ever Dance presents “The Baltimore Story", Celebrating Pioneers of Dance in Baltimore. This exciting dance showcase honors legendary dancers from the last fifty years of dance in Baltimore!
4:30PM Alanah Davis, Much More Than An Open Mic! Alanah welcomes festival goers & seasoned performers to the stage to share their talents in an Open Mic Set.
6:30PM Full Circle Dance Company Full Circle Dance Company explores themes: secrecy and secrets in three works by veteran choreographers.
